Maeve Handknit Shawl
Oversized triangular shawl hand knit in softest US grown and milled wool. Can be worn draped around the shoulders in the traditional shawl fashion, or as a cowl or scarf. Alternating sections of stockinette and garter stitches in the body of the shawl evoke the meeting of water and land, and are inspired by my fascination with traditional garments worn by fisher folk and sailors in the British Isles. Handmade to order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for production.

Caring for your knitwear:
Hand washing in cool water is recommended, using gentle detergent (a no-rinse wool wash is ideal). Do not agitate while washing. Squeeze water out (don’t wring it out!), then roll in a towel to remove excess water, gently reshape, and lay flat to dry. Store this sweater folded to prevent shoulders becoming stretched out.

Each piece I create is hand made to order in my studio in Portland, OR. Please allow 3-6 weeks for production of your piece before shipping.
SHIPPING:
Morph Knitwear ships internationally as well as domestically. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Shipping to the US includes a tracking ID, and usually takes 3-5 business days. International shipping is by Priority Mail International which generally takes 7-14 business days (though time may be longer depending upon distance/customs), and comes with tracking ID only. Insurance can be purchased , both domestically and internationally with a shipping upgrade. For a quote, please send a message with the items and your location. Morph Knitwear is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged mail. Additional insurance is highly recommended.

Absolutely no refunds are given. Each garment is made to order, so if you have any questions in regard to your order please contact me, and I will do my utmost to work with you in creating a piece perfect for you.
