A loose knit, airy, weird little riff on the classic t-shirt. Be the hottest fae in the bower, the sexiest goth on the beach, the coolest human on the whole damn subway in this one. The net tee is knit with irregularities, dropped stitches, and instructions are given for three different lengths: crop tee, tee, and mini dress. Perfect to wear as a layered textural highlight to your favorite outfit, or to float over bare skin on a hot day.

CONSTRUCTION
Body is worked from the bottom up, in the round. Relatively thin yarn, big needles, and irregular stitches give a very loose-knit result. Instructions are given for 3 lengths: tee, crop tee, and mini dress. Stitches are bound off at underarms, and front and back are worked flat, then seamed at the shoulder. Emulated set-in sleeves are worked from the top down, seamlessly. Irregularities are worked in throughout. I do not give explicit instructions for when and where to place your irregularities, but I’ve created an index of types of irregularities you can use, and suggestions for how and where to place them. Sleeves and body are sized separately, with instructions for mixing and matching chest size and sleeve size to best fit your body.

flexible based on how loose-knit you want your piece to be. Anything from a lace to a bulky can be experimented with, though the pattern is written using a worsted weight cotton, & gauge assumes you’re using something similar.
